World Water Day on March 22 marks Sustainability of Freshwater Resources. Conserving water is today a top priority and the rising issues concerning water are alarming. The World Water Day Theme 2016 is focused on how enough quantity and quality of water can change workers’ lives and livelihoods and even transform societies and economies. Reports of widespread scarcity are already evident, as is conflict over water use for agriculture, domestic use and manufacturing in India and several parts of the world.
